Who We Are
everyWoman Fitness is a collaboration between Nikki Kimball and Kami Semick, two former elite athletes and a sports oriented physical therapist (Nikki) creating strength training programs for women.
How We Met
The 2005 U.S. National 50-Mile Trail Championship brought together the best ultrarunners of the decade. Thirty miles into the race, Nikki Kimball and Kami Semick met on a steep, unrelenting climb — and instantly fell into step. Shared effort turned into conversation, and that conversation never stopped.
Their race-day partnership revealed deeper common ground: a belief that sport could be a catalyst for meaningful change. At a time when female athletes earned pennies compared to their male counterparts, they quietly championed gender equity. Soon, they realized their combined platform could create impact far beyond competition — from raising funds for AIDS orphans through South Africa’s Comrades Marathon to documenting China’s vanishing Tea and Horse Trail, always pairing athletic performance with social purpose.
Our Mission
No longer racing professionally, they remain committed to creating positive change. Both experienced the challenges of perimenopause firsthand, sparking another shared mission: to help women not just endure but thrive through midlife and beyond. That mission became everyWoman Fitness — a strength training platform designed to help women over 40 build resilience, vitality, and confidence through evidence-based programs that adapt with them.
