Common Questions

What type of equipment do I need?

Adjustable dumbbells and a resistance band or set of bands. A bench or box step for step ups is also recommended. As you progress, access to barbells are helpful.

Is this program good for if I’ve done other strength training?

Yes. This program is designed for those who are familiar with strength training or are currently strength training in another format. For beginners, we recommend going through our 6-week Basics Program first.

What if I miss a week or go on vacation?

The program is self-paced, so you can pick up right where you left off. And you can go back and repeat any workout at anytime.

How long are the workouts?

Workouts are designed to be completed in 25 – 30 minutes. We provide a short video (7-15 seconds) demonstrating the movement pattern, but then link you to a full video (45 – 90 seconds) and written content so you can dive into each move. Deep dive into each movement will add time to your workout.
