Forever Strong is the program you stay in. It picks up where The Basics leaves off and applies the principles of progressive overload — the gradual, structured increase in load and demand that is the only way muscle and bone keep adapting. And it's designed specifically for women in midlife. It's the program Nikki and Kami built for themselves: the one that supports the hike, the ski day, the long flight, and every other thing you're not willing to give up.
