We don't just create these programs. We live them.

Empowering women through perimenopause and beyond to live their strongest, most vibrant years.

Kami Semick and Nikki Kimball, co-founders of Every Woman Fitness, at Tiger Leaping Gorge in China

Two women, one race, twenty years of friendship.

We met in 2005 at the U.S. National 50-Mile Trail Championship. By the next decade we'd accumulated, between us, a 100K world title, three Western States 100 wins, a UTMB championship, a Marathon des Sables victory, and two long careers in the trenches of women's endurance and physical therapy.

What we kept noticing — at races, in clinic, with our friends — was the same gap, again and again. The strength programming most women were handed had been designed for somebody else. Younger bodies. Bigger bodies. Bodies without perimenopause, without the bone density losses of the menopause transition, without the time and life realities of a woman in her 40s, 50s, or 60s.

So we built what was missing.

Empowering women through perimenopause and beyond to live their strongest, most vibrant years.

Nikki Kimball

Co-founder · Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Nikki has spent more than 25 years as an orthopedic physical therapist, working with women through every stage of life, injury, and return to performance. She is also one of the most decorated American ultrarunners of her era — a three-time Western States 100 champion, a UTMB winner, and a Marathon des Sables champion.

Every progression rule and every form cue in our programs is built on a quarter-century of watching real women's bodies respond to load — and on the science of what actually keeps you strong as you age.

Kami Semick

Co-founder · IAU 100K World Champion

Kami is the IAU 100K World Champion and a multi-time U.S. national and international ultra-distance title holder. Before building Every Woman Fitness she spent two decades in management consulting and technology, and she brings the same rigor to program design that she brought to championship racing.

She is the architect behind how the program comes together — the periodization, the long-arc planning, the way one workout sets up the next one, and the next one after that.

The program we built for ourselves. And for you.

Four programs. One membership. Designed by Nikki and Kami for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.
